Sample Run
5–20 pieces are ground, coated and delivered for your cut tests and approval.
Inspect & Coat
Dimensional report, coating confirmation and edge-condition sign-off before mass production.
Mass Production
Scheduled production, laser marking, private-label packaging and export documentation.

MOQ & lead times
Low-risk sampling first. Scale when you are satisfied with performance.
- Samples: 5–20 pieces, 7–14 days.
- Standard OEM logo run: 500–1,000 pieces per model, 15–25 days.
- Custom geometry development: 1,000+ pieces per model after sample approval, 25–40 days.
- Repeat orders: 2–4 weeks depending on coating and raw material stock.
